The present conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company JL2M DISTRIBUTION whose registered office is at 28 rue Gambetta, 64200 Biarritz, FRANCE, registered with the register of commerce and companies of Bayonne under the number RCS 799 256 755 below. hereinafter referred to as ART OF SOULE and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the ART OF SOULE website, or partner platforms, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
Object
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between ART OF SOULE and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the ART OF SOULE merchant site(s), whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. The acquisition of a good or service through these sites implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale. These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by ART OF SOULE.
ART OF SOULE reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
Characteristics of the goods and services offered
The products and services offered are those listed in the catalogue published on the ART OF SOULE website. These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks. Each product is accompanied by a description established by the supplier; for some of them, marked DF, the buyer can have access to the supplier's documentation.
The photographs in the catalogue are as true to the product as possible but do not guarantee perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colours.
Prices
The catalogue price is inclusive of VAT in EUROS taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order, and any change in the rate may be passed on to the price of the products or services. ART OF SOULE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated may or may not include order processing, transport, and delivery costs, and are based upon the geographical zones provided below.
Geographical area
Online sales of products and services presented on the site are reserved for buyers who reside in France, in the Dom-Tom, or in Monaco and related deliveries required in these geographical areas.
Orders
The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or service must:
1. Complete correctly the identification form indicating all their contact details requested and/or give his customer number if he has one.
2. Complete the online order form giving all the references for the products or services chosen.
3. Validate the order after having checked it.
4. Make full payment under the conditions provided.
5. Confirm the order and payment.
Confirmation of the order entails acknowledgement and acceptance of the ART OF SOULE conditions of sale, and waiver of own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of a transaction. Confirmation will be after signing and acceptance of transactions.
The seller will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the registered order.
Withdrawal
Buyers, pertaining to non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of 30 days from the delivery date of their order to return the product to the seller for an exchange or a refund without penalty, but with the exception of return costs.
Payment terms
The price is payable when ordering. Payments will be made by credit card. Payments can be made through the secure SystemPay system developed by Natixis in collaboration with Lyra Networks, provided by the Cyberplus secure payment solution from Banque Populaire, as well as through the secure PayPal system. SystemPay supports bank card (Carte Bleue) and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) payment methods.
Whether SystemPay or PayPal, both systems use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transport on the network.
The buyer's account will only be debited when the available products or services are shipped and only for the amount of the products or services sent or downloaded.
At the request of the buyer, a paper invoice showing the VAT will be sent.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order and can only be in the agreed geographical area.
All shipping risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of ART OF SOULE.
In the event of damage during transport, any complaints must be made directly with the carrier within three days of delivery. Delivery times are given for information only. If these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.
Guarantee
All the products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by Civil Code articles 1641. In the event of non-compliance with a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.

Responsibility

Similarly, users have a right to access and rectify data concerning them, in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978. The automated processing of information, including the management of the e-mail addresses of users of the site was the subject of a declaration to the CNIL on 14/11/2010 registered under number kJD0104289G.
Archiving Proof
ART OF SOULE will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code. ART OF SOULE's computerized registers will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
