Our espadrilles are made to order in our workshop in Mauléon, the historic birthplace of the espadrille (PGI). As soon as we receive your order, we begin production within 24 hours. Please then allow 3 to 4 days for your parcel to be shipped. During periods of high demand, sales, or heatwaves, this timeframe may be exceeded.
You will be notified by email as soon as your parcel is shipped, and you will receive your order's tracking number so you can follow its delivery.

Received your items but the size or fit isn't right? Don't worry, you have 30 days from the date you received your parcel to return the items in question to us.
Please note: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
In the case of an exchange request, Art of Soule will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged pair in the requested size from the Art of Soule store to the customer's home.
EXCHANGES POSSIBLE IN-STORE AT ART OF SOULE IN BIARRITZ (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
Art of Soule allows you to return purchased products within 30 days of your purchase date.
Returns from mainland France are at the customer's expense via Colissimo. (Art of Soule, however, covers the cost of reshipping.)
Returns are made at the Customer's own risk. The Product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and as new.

WHAT ARE THE TIMEFRAMES?
As soon as we receive your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Your credit note or refund will be issued within 15 days of receiving your items, automatically credited to the account linked to the card used for payment, or to the PayPal account used for payment. In the case of an exchange (a larger or smaller size of the same product), shipment of the exchange order is triggered as soon as the drop-off is validated by the carrier.
